Return Policy

All sales are FINAL and due to the very sensitive nature of hair extensions (particularly lace products) we DO NOT accept returns of any kind, and will only accept products for an exchange in the event that there is a serious issue with the product.  If you believe that there is something out of the norm that is occurring with the item, please contact us via phone as soon as possible.  Many issues are easily resolved with the correct hair care regimen steps, and these must be fully exercised before we take any further action.  Please be advised that in the event that there was coloring, bleaching of the hair and/or knots, excessive cutting of the wefts and any other permanent alteration, this return policy becomes void.
